Echinacea Tincture

People today use echinacea to shorten the duration of the common cold, and flu, and reduce symptoms, such as sore throat, cough and fever. Its renowned for its immunomodulatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. 

Directions: Take half dropper twice a day with 2 oz of water.

Ingredients: Echinacea plant,100 % whole grain alcohol, distilled water (ratio: 60% alcohol 40% other)

It's important to always check with your health care provider before starting any herbal tincture, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or are taking any medications. Do not take while pregnant or nursing and should not give to children or teens unless recommended by a physician. **Do not take if you're taking any antiviral medications, cancer treatments, or steroid medications.
