We want to ensure a loyal customer service relation with our customers, so we promise to have 100% satisfaction with our handmade products.  If there is any reason you are not satisfied, our team is here to help.

 

We are please to offer a eligible refund policy for any unopened product within 14 days of purchase from creativeholistics.org(does not include shipping and handling cost or service fees).  Returns will not be excepted after 14 day. Use creativeholistics@outlook.com to start return policy within the return window.

 

Return shipping is responsible of the buyer.  Creative Holistics does not offer return shipping labels.

 

When a return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed(refunds can take longer depending on you banking institution)

 

Products that are sent back to us, will never be resold, this is why we have a strict return policy due to the nature of our products.
